Controlled Plant

18F Fluorine is produced by an IBA cyclotron and the activity is controlled from the control room, where all the parameters are set and monitored  in real time by a factory trained cyclotron operator.

Qualified Staff

At the end of the production run, the product is release by highly qualified staff that checks each and every step of production to approve the product’s quality.

Classified Laboratory

Fluoride is then transferred to the laboratory, where the it is tagged with Glucose and distributed in different vials according to the demand in a class A sterile environment that is robotically processed with minimal human intervention.

Transportation

The product is finally transported in a customized & licensed vehicle operated by drivers that were trained on handling and transportation of Radioactive materials.

Superior Quality

Various tests and product analysis are performed by trained Quality Control staff in ‘’QC’’ laboratory to ensure and maintain the highest product quality.
